Variable Refrigerant Flow

VRF is standard for Variable Refrigerant Flow. It is a system that is designed for commercial use. VRF system consists of one or more large outdoor unit that serves multiple indoor units. Every indoor unit uses an electronic liquid expansion valve that enables the control its refrigerant supply to match the demand. The outdoor unit also varies its output to match the demands of the indoor Units. It also has the option to have a 3-pipe system which allows for heating and colling to be used at the same time in different areas of the building. It accommodates many indoor units connected to one outdoor unit. They can be of different types of Units including Bulkhead, Cassettes, Ceiling Consoles, Floor Consoles, Ducted Units and Split Systems. This is a very efficient option for commercial properties. Light Commercial options are also available for larger homes.
